Weight – 277.5
So yeah…this doesn’t exactly bode well for someone who is trying to write a weight loss blog. Normally I would be on here apologizing for the lateness of this post but I started to realize that I was beginning every entry with an apology. So last week as each day kept coming and going I finally decided that I would just start fresh on Monday. Maybe I should have posted yesterday but it’s a long weekend so Monday kind of feels like Sunday anyway.
As you can see, not only have I not lost weight but I have gained weight. 5.5 pounds of weight to be exact. This definitely isn’t good but I am finally back in my city, in my apartment which has an air conditioned gym and a pool. I realize that my intentions to ride my bike were good but they kind of went out the window once the temperature started reaching upwards of 100 degrees with insane humidity. I don’t know if I’ve mentioned this but in my hometown it often feels as though you can cut the air with a knife because it’s so thick with humidity. I also succumbed to all the fast food temptation that I faced. I still can’t believe how many times I found myself driving over to McDonald’s or Taco Bell (my two greatest weaknesses). It happened multiple times a week and I’m definitely not proud of it.
So here I am starting over again. One thing I can promise is that I will be back with a new post tomorrow.
