I love Kelly Clarkson’s single Stronger (What Doesn’t Kill You)! The song is obviously a post break-up song about moving on with her life and feeling better than ever but I have been using it to motivate myself during workouts. It makes me feel like I’ve got what it takes to keep pushing myself harder and harder and to become, what else, stronger.

Have a listen to this song. I can almost guarantee that it will make you want to get off the couch and get moving!
